… to finally be up and running! Or at least nearly. I’ll be offering specials from now through April to build my portfolio, so definitely check those out on the site. Book those sessions now as I anticipate them filling up fast, and regular pricing starts May 1, 2010.
Also, something that I’m working towards is membership in SKPA, Special Kids Photography of America. This organization exists as a way that parents of special needs children can locate a local photographer who is enthusiastic about and familiar with working with special needs children. Sometimes parents of special needs children may be hesitant to bring their child into a traditional portrait studio setting for a variety of reasons. Having a photographer come to your home or location of your choice to capture your child in a familiar setting is often times the best way to get great images. Having a special needs child of my own and having been around others in various settings, I know that providing services to the families of special needs children is something that I am passionate about pursuing in additional to my regular services.
